1. Purpose of processing

Choi Dental Clinic (“the clinic”) does not collect personal data directly through this website. The site provides information about our services; there is no membership or login.

Appointments and enquiries are taken by telephone only. There is no enquiry form on this website.

2. Data we process

The website does not take any input from visitors. There is no enquiry form, no sign-up, no login and no analytics.

The text-size setting is stored only in the visitor's own browser and is never sent to the clinic.

The visit page embeds Google Maps. Opening that page sends connection details (IP address, browser information) to Google as the map loads. This is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

The form does not ask for health information such as symptoms or medical history. Please discuss symptoms by telephone or in person.

Clinical records created during treatment are handled separately under the Medical Service Act and are not covered by this policy.

3. Retention period

Information received through the enquiry form is destroyed without delay once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless law requires it to be kept for longer.

4. Processing on our behalf, and transfer abroad

The clinic uses Google’s form service to receive online enquiries. Information you enter is therefore stored on servers operated by Google LLC, which may be located outside the Republic of Korea.

You may contact us by telephone instead of using the online form.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The clinic does not provide personal data to third parties, except where required by law or on a lawful request from an investigating authority.

6. Destruction of data

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; paper records are shredded or incinerated.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact us by telephone, in writing or by email at the address below and we will act without delay.

8. Cookies and automatic collection

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Display preferences such as your chosen text size are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to the clinic or to anyone else.
